"Listen to your lower level employees and treat them with compassion and the same respect as your managers."

"It is a very conservative, time pass place, where people are self centered & waste a LOT of $$$ on projects. The management gets feedback only to throw them into dumpsters; Your ideas, opinion, creativity does NOT matter. just go with the flow & pass the time & get paid......."

"Fire most of the managers; Managers are stumble blocks & have no idea about their system; they survive due to contact & by stealing ideas from others."

"Be up to date on HMO/managed care concepts, as well as the new national health care initiative."

"After the merger with United Health Care there were fewer and fewer opportunities for legacy PacifiCare staff."
