"Pacifica Companies has over 3000 employees with great leadership. I was in charge of one of their assets in Anaheim, CA. I was treated great and would have continued to work for them if they had any projects close to my residence."

"I was alloted the freedom to run the building as I saw fit, it seem to build a better relationship between myself the owner and the tenants."

"None that I can think of, if you are capable of commiting yourself to the role then you will be fine."

"Sometimes items of major importance seem to be of less importanace to corporate."

"Items needs to be dealt with slightly more quickly especially when time is of the essence."

"Be cautious. Get things in writing, especially benefits and bonuses promised. Good luck!"

"Unethical, long hours, management is rarely satisfied. They take short cuts to make that extra dollar."

"The properties owned by Pacifica have tremendous potential. However, the ownership is very inexperienced."

"Do not waist your time. Due to the inexperience of the upper management, you are not going to grow, exceed and learn. Pacifica Hotels and Invest West upper management is rude, ignorant and willing to cheat its investors."

"The Regional Director of operations, has no business being in charge of properties, due to his lack of experience and knowledge of areas."

"If you hire an employee based on his or her experience, LISTEN to that employee for there guidance. If you hire the right people, let them do what they do best, and stay out of there way!!!"

"Learn the Law/Public Law! Withholding funds without a Court Order is still and always will be Stealing. As a private sector employer, employing the private flesh ling, Federal and STATE forms do not apply. Read and learn the Organic Laws. Employees are not SLAVES!"
