"My Co-workers and my schedule. No forced over-time. Location was easy for me; close to the 405 Freeway."

"Be yourself, keep your options very open. In the end, do what's best for YOU."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Valves?

"Inconsiderate and disconnected management; Managers lack consistency and efficiency. Disorganized CAD department (low-tech and inconsistent). Departments tend to be insular and disconnected from each other. And the HR manager. She wasn't effective or approachable. Also, very little job-security; threat of lay-off is ever-present."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care more for their workers; be more accountable for the job process from start to finish (and quality of the end product). Be better organized regarding job-files and more insistent on product quality."
