"There are so many networking and opportunities during the whole summer."
"Very poor pay scale and they don't even pay for the required 8 hours of orientation! The supervisor was not easy to get along with and made promises that he did not follow up on. The vehicles you could use for going to a work site were very old and NOT very mechanically sound. Days off were difficult and a schedule was NOT to be had. You could get called at 3 in the morning while sleeping to be at work the next morning at 8 am. You could even get called to go to a work site on a day when you already have a site to go to."
