Be aware of 'style issues' and difficult employees. One difficult employee causes the company of a lot of harm internally that goes beyond inter personal relations. Management of the situation that I was in could have been handled much more effectively. My humble opinion is that anyone who is that difficult with other employees and customers at a minimum should be immediately removed from direct contact (office in a warehouse). <-- I worked in a company that did exactly that for an employee who was good at her work but was a problem manager. She was fine once they removed her from direct contact with other employees.
