"This Company was purchased in 2012 and was in need of a Controller. The Company had no accounting system as work was done manually. I managed to setup a network, e-mails, internal controls, WIP inventory cost system, computerized accounting system, inventory controls, job tracking, reconciliations, timely reporting, and much more. Implementation, planning, EBITDA, cash flow and many other reports needed to be created. It was an enjoyable and demanding position directing employees in the right direction and pinpointing areas of growth and some of concern. Unfortunately due to a merger, my position was eliminated with my staff under me."
