Management expects employees to perform their duties without much supervision while giving them freedom with their schedules and dress. They hold many events in the office to facilitate a fun work culture as well events that encourage networking with clients. They provide engineering, construction, and consulting services nationwide, with many big-name clients in construction and telecommunication industries. They emphasize nurturing the relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients to further grow their influence in industry."
