"Great experience, company outsourced employment to India. Unfortunately, was not able to relocate."
"Great company, good pay, enjoyable role. Covid-19 epidemic ended domestic brand."
"OYO Rooms and technology is the first technology startup I've ever work for in the U.S. They have offered me a great chance to develop additional skills in contrast to many other companies that create barriers. Our teams are very collaborative, honest, respectful and we work through our challenges with strong communication, both virtually, by phone and in-person. I enjoy the autonomy to create my own work schedule, process our objectives, design needed improvements, implement these processes, and consult on branding projects with our partner-owners. I have also traveled to several states to onboard new owners with our tech services as well as coached ownership through some legal issues to mitigate risks. Working remotely is ideal for me and my currently position offers the almost perfect balance of work-life balances for me. My annual compensation package has been an added bonus compared to the benefits of my work environment and our colleagues here at OYO!"
"A great company to work for. A bit challenging in cultural integration, but has world-class leadership to support the integration. Leadership also provides clarity of objectives that needs to be achieved, and rewards accomplishments. It is not for everybody though, as it is highly demanding and competitive in nature."
"OYO uses its patented technology to streamline hospitality operations. I found talented minds were recruited in the US market; however, the business model did not translate well here. The roots of the company are in India where most of its growth has been observed."
"Unfortunately they don't help much but it's very self reliant."
"Young company with growing pains but worth sticking it out."
"The biggest issue is an oversaturation in the market. There are too many BDM's in one area and not enough places to sell into."
"OYO is a good company with the potential for growth."
"OYO is an incredibly fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Like many start-ups, things can change rapidly and you need to be adaptable. The best thing about OYO is the people who work there - you can leave the suit and tie at home!"
"I’ve worked for Jaiden inc. since 2015. I found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer retention. Jaiden initially worked for the OYO. Nowadays OYO is fast growing Hospitality in the world for providing hotel room in affordable rate."
