"I have worked at Össur since February of 2018. The company has a wonderful culture, and amazing work life balance. Management and leaders are thoughtful and encouraging which helps to make the everyday work life fly by. The organization is very "flat" in which being able to communicate and interact with upper management is within arms reach, which was a rare thing for me in the past."

"I really enjoyed my time here and they were great with giving me more opportunity to do new projects."

What do you like about working at Össur?

"Friendly work place, and they gave me a great deal of opportunity to work with all sorts of projects. They really wanted me to grow as a designer and a art director, I enjoyed my time there a lot."

What don't you like about working at Össur?

"not having new products for ads from RnD when that said we would would put us months behind, and in the end lead to the laying off of a number of people because we could not produce any new ads or marketing materials for products we didnt have."
