"I loved working for Orscheln Management company. It' a wonderful place to work, the building was recently renovated, and the environment is relaxed. Micromanagement is NOT an issue here, the VP of IT is the direct supervisor and she's absolutely wonderful to work for. This isn't a company that does a lot of team projects which I think tends to make things a bit easier due to the fact that you can work at your own pace. I've never had an issue with the schedule, so very flexible hours. Compensation is competitive but could use to be a bit better (as all companies around this area can be)."
