"Oro Alexander is a solid, established company. The owners and me are very close, I climbed up the ladder very fast since I started in 2005 and in many areas I am second to the CEO. In many cases I am setting my own goals but depend on others to achieve them, and they are not always up to pace with me. Frustrating. Don't get me wrong - these are good people, they knows what they are doing, but it's hard to convince them to embrace change."
