"The interview process has changed since I was hired in 2006. In the past it was a preliminary interview with a single manager and then an interview with the whole team. I'm not sure what the new method is."

"There were many times when it seemed that there was no plan in place from management to stop the sinking of this proud paper."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some managers were inflexible to the point of cruelty. There was an instance where an employee asked to take a short lunch a couple of days a week so that he may leave 15 min. early to be able pick up his child before the daycare closed. He was denied, and told that it would appear as too lenient to the other employees. This sort of thing was not uncommon. Yes, we are employees; no we are not robots."
