"Nearly all of the management has left the company in the last year, with some positions filled multiple times. The operations consultant is at the center of these issues, with unclear objectives and unwillingness to allow managers to implement programs and processes to improve morale and reduce turnover. Former CFO refused to understand that offering fair wages to retain employees would actually save the company money. Constantly hiring and training new employees is a drain on company finances. Hopefully the new CFO will be allowed to correct this issue."
