"If you don't have a degree don't bother. If you have a B.S. in just about anything your one step closer to getting a job. We also try to hire friends and internal first."

What don't you like about working at Orchard Software?

"Sick time, Vacation time and Personal time are the same 15 days and it all has to be used by the end of the year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give us more vacation days, two personal days and five days of sick time that can roll over."
