"The work is very slow and boring. There is little to no human interaction. Surrounded with an unhealthy lifestyle. Equipment is old. A persons work has no meaning. Basically you show up for 40 hours and collect paycheck."

"Point out the good in employees instead of constantly focusing and highlighting someone's failures."
