"Give assistance more hours and better pay so we would want to be there"

"Helping students to learn the academic skills to empower themselves to become capable and confident, in themselves and to expand their horizon for future studies and career opportunities."

"Yes, think carefully before going into a teaching career, and expending tens of thousands of dollar in higher degrees, which you will have to repay over a lifetime, but not having a teaching job after only one year."

What don't you like about working at Orange County Public Schools System?

"I did not like the politics of that organization. Dedication and hard work was marginalized in favor of those whose faces fitted in with admin. Neither did I appreciated how a single individual (principal) can ruin another's career by withholding a favorable reference when it was completely unwarranted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Set up a three member independent teacher panel to discuss the non-renewal of yearly contracts, and invite those individuals to new positions within the system. Question principals for their motive why good teachers are not being rehired."
