Senior Engineer

"I have been with OPTO for less than one year. The company has an excellent product and a very strong presence in the industry. Overall it is a great place to work. There are some difficulties due to a lack of documentation regarding processes and procedures and management can be so hands off as to be all but absent from day to day work."
