"Management lacks a clear focus on what products need to be delivered. Several people have left or been fired recently due to new management. The story is the same across the company in Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service. OL hasn't released a new product in quite some time. Numerous teams have come and gone due to lack of Management with no results. Bonuses and salaries are on a downswing. Would not recommend a friend to take a position at OL in the current climate."

"make sure you get a clear sense of your job responsibilities and find out for sure who you will be reporting to."

"there isn't a strong sense of vision from management, management as a discipline is underrated, systematic problems are blamed on invididuals"

"overhaul accounting and record keeping, streamline systems, focus on value creation and real efficiency creation instead of mindless cost shavings"

"I was not able to grow in the direction I wanted to at the time, but opportunities for growth were in no short supply."
