"Don't waste your time, make the right decision and look for a different company to work for. I would suggest MitsubishI Power Systems, Gulfstream, or pretty much any other company that is not this one."
What don't you like about working at Firth Rixson?
"Everything, treated like dirt, never given a chance to prove yourself. Treated like you are inferior to anyone above you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Leave and go work for law enforcement, you love to piss people off and boss people around with verbally abusive demeanor"

"Encouage personal growth and find a way for the small operations plants to interact with other operations."

"Lack of communication from above for company goals. Limited access to company information. No recognition from above with out prompting."

"Company is small enough to reduce the # of management levels and red-tape. Increase communications relative to workers, and limit spreading of finite resources."

"Working in Visual Basic, the employees I work with, how close it is to my apartment, and working first shift."

"Dress professional, never arrive to work late, don't make plans for the weekend because you will never know if you're working or not until Friday afternoon."

"The hours, I work between 50 and 60 hours every week."

"Do not be overly controlling, let the employees make important decisions on their own, be friendly and helpful."
