"This company is not as advertised or spoken of in the interview process. After being hired my boss and 4 other VP's left in addition to other key players. The objectives were out of alignment between regional directors and sales, a regional director can have a monthly objective of 10K and their new sale reps objective on ramp-up start at 0 and are six months before they get to 6k a month. I also the franchises sold are a raw deal for the franchise owners."
