Only roles in the entire company is Tester, Developer, CEO, and CTO. Yet we are a fully featured production house that is missing official titles such as HR, Secretary, Project Managers. This also means that there is very very little room to advance.
Summary:
Overall if this is your first position and you only want to get your foot in the door then this is a good place. They do treat you well as long as you can keep up and don't mind the under-compensation for your work. When I think back to this office I think of a developer sweat shop.
