Open Air Homes Employee

"I started working for Open Air Homes this past summer. It is primarily a property management start-up managing homes all over Los Angeles on the Airbnb platform. Due to the ever-changing rental laws in Los Angeles they are really hurting right now. I really enjoyed the people I worked with but unfortunately, the job itself was a bit disorganized and very chaotic the majority of the time. I found myself working around the clock and not being compensated accordingly for my efforts."
