"I enjoyed the day to day assistance with new and returning customers, and enjoyed meeting new people. I have helped a range of people ranging from a small family, to the elderly, celebrities and small companies. I have traveled to many places. Learning on the job and exploring different environments was the most fun. The worst thing is going to a site without all the proper tools or information of the problem.
