Sales Development Representative

"I have worked at OneLogin for over a year. I was hired when the company was going through an exciting time, rapidly growing and raised over $100 million in Series D funding. There are four office locations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia serving over 3,000 customers. In the role, I have become knowledgeable in the Identity and Access Management space, a product expert in the solution, and utilized numerous of technologies including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, and more. There is great cross-functional support across marketing, sales, and solution engineer teams that have helped me become successful in the role through improving my sales acumen, qualifying opportunities, and enhancing my communication skills. Our executive team and management come from incredible backgrounds and are very welcoming making it an inclusive work environment and a perk to working for a smaller company. I am grateful for my time at OneLogin for continuously educating me on the Identity and Access Management space, having access to numerous technologies that we utilize to better succeed in the role, and remarkable sales training from leaders like John Barrows and our sales enablement team. However, I am looking forward to progressing my career into a role that will involve me in the post-sales cycle and foster customer relationships. This Customer Success Manager role will open up a new career path for me that I see myself being in long-term. Jobot has a reputable product and company brand.
