"Been with O'Neal for over 4 years now and all I can say is "It's a job". The job is tough and the management is poor. I find that there is a lot of micro managing. I would advise to look elsewhere, you will be hired into 1 position/job but be required to perform 3."

"Not really but don't put on a front because your getting yourself into trouble because people find out and judge. Be smart in what you do have a good resume"

"People talk but never do anything and they don't acknowledge good employees when they have them."

"They think about who cleans up people's problems or messes and who has to take all the heat and consider those people do more then what they're being paid to do"
