"I've worked for OSA since 2011. I have found them to be unethical, articles exist to support this online regarding bank loans. Ownership is a three headed monster that stifles creativity and hinders the employees at every turn in completing tasks. It was a constant struggle to endure the bludgeoning of incompetence from my immediate "supervisor" and the often ridiculous requests that wasted countless hours. High maintenance to the absurd describes the management. Turnover is VERY high as people constantly come and go unable to endure the lack of control they have in carrying out their job functions under the iron thumb of micro-management. If you enjoy being treated like a fool by fools and given as much control of your job as a toddler, then OSA is perfect for you."
