The company is a great company to work for and the workers in the field and office are easy to get along with. They average around 500+ houses a year so work is not a problem. "I started working for Oncor in 2009 and I've had a really good experience. I work at the corporate headquarters so my view is probably different from someone who works in the field. It's a good company and the compensation, including bonuses are nice. It's one of the few companies that still have a pension plan and dollar for dollar 401k match. There are a few in management or supervisory positions that make things more difficult than they have to be, but for the most part people are great!"
