"I have worked for OMD Guatemala since 2015, I started on the IT area and ended as the coordinator for the Web Development & Data department, we started fresh with many things specially in the Web Development area, which allowed me to improve in many areas."
"The company provided some nice perks, but I was with the company for 4 years and never received a raise. There are some great people working here and there might be room for growth if you stick it out long enough, but it is hard to feel appreciated when you are expected to put in more hours without being adequately compensated over time."

"Yes, its a very liberal company that provides many perks. But you have to be willing to work long and hard hours to prove yourself."
What don't you like about working at OMD?
"I worked in a remote location, which kept us from a lot of the perks they received in the NY office."

"Nothing. They have really done a great job thus far."

"There's no real team spirit in my team. Our group leader isn't open to suggestions, doens't inspire and can't be trusted."

"Put my employees in the condition to always permorm at their best."
