"Laid back enough company until individuals and/or departments fail to perform their job duties. At this point other departments are expected to pick up the pieces and slack, at which point those duties become the responsibility of someone else. Lots of back stabbing in an effort to hold the ear of those in charge. You'll be greeted daily with false smiles and empty praise until its decided that something is your fault. Zero accountability for some and harsh punishments for others all depending on who your manager is and if the Senior Management likes you. They like to severely cripple employees potential performance and then expect above exceptional performance. If you dare express the handicap placed upon you then you are not a team player, labeled a hostile employee, punished and potentially fired. Some people there are genuine and honest, but its very hard to pick them out against those who are fake and backstabbing. The President falls into the latter category."
