"Both VPs are intelligent, driven and dedicated to the overall vision of the company. I was looking forward to working with and learning from them both. Unfortunately, my position required me to work with a “Marketing Regional” who was to say the least HORRIBLE! Cr_____’s overall attitude was arrogant & RUDE. Most of my employees dreaded the thought of reaching out to her for help. She is 100% different in front of the VPs...why? Cr___ knows her behavior is wrong but selectively and intentionally dishes out her BS to people who have no choice but to accept it! Lastly, Olen has several on-site long term employees who get away with doing the bare minimum vs. being given enforceable action plans and expectations for improvement. This alone made my job frustrating because although I worked late, after hours, sent countless emails, have given verbal & written instruction the onesite staff has to take ownership of THEIR jobs ...NOTHING I did mattered because the comfortable employees knew I couldn’t enforce disciplinary actions. I’m a fire believer of having a good work ethic. I thrive off of challenges, and bringing buildings from the hole to stabilized long term occupancy. I wish the environment was less toxic; a few bad apples definitely make working for this company challenging."

"Each review I received from my supervisor was extremely positive and had very little criticism but the few that I had, I would take and understand where I needed improvement, I would do that much better as an employee and I would accomplish each and every goal that I set from that point on. Reviews are meant to help the employee, not discourage them, and I was fully on board with constructive criticism."
