"My review is based off of the broken promises given to customers. Although we have a superior product our promises to customers are not made from the lack of communication and enough staffing in the installation department. If the owner was more open minded to new programs such as paperless contracts, orders and communication between sales, installs and customers would be 100% improved."

"The folks working at OHS work hard and play hard. If Cardinus resale licenses wasn't jeopardy they would continue to hire and you should apply."

"The future is unsettling because of the sale of Cardius"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more involved, it is great to trust me so much; however, interaction is great. Especially being an at home employee sometimes I feel very isolated."
