"I've worked at OT for a little over a year, and in that time I have found that there are some serious issues the firm is dealing with. There is a serious lack of employee confidentiality here and the majority of the staff is not happy. There are continuing issues with the current HR Director and I don't believe the firm can provide a positive work environment if they continue to employ her."
