"Lots of fun people through out the office. Many scheduled activities and training to help you meet new people. Many intelligent high level people to inspire you to rise up from your current level."

"Have patience, they tend to have you interview for multiple positions to make sure you are the right fit for that specific team."

What don't you like about working at OgilvyAction?

"Problems with egos are not solved in a quick enough time frame. While there is a lot of training offered it's hard to make time to attend the training or to utilize it in your day to day work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Require a workload that allows entry level people to participate in high involvement training to develop them into future leaders."

"The people were generally likeable, especially in accounting, and the leadership was very supportive of its staff"

"This is a great place to start your career or to continue it, and the staff at this company is work hard/play hard in their approach. I am not sure what growth opportunities are available at this point, since I left the company 8 years ago,"

"The only reason I chose another opportunity was the lack of growth potential at the time (this was 8 years ago)"

"Keep doing what you are doing, stay engaged with your staff"

"Make sure you fully understand the shoes you are stepping in to and not letting the job 'get sold' to you."

"there is no work life balance and the work I do is not as strategic as I'd hoped"

"I would ensure work loads are evenly distributed, work life balance is more widely accepted and that employee expectations are exceeded."

"Senior management is not cognizant of necessary resources to manage existing clients. Focus is mainly on new business."

"Take care of the needs of your existing clients and work on building those relationships. With those needs met, focus can shift to new business development."
