What do you like about working at Securitas?
"Flexibility with hours. Easy to get hired on. Field Service Manager is superb."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't. If you want to work security, research other firms before accepting a job with Securitas. Should be a last resort."
What don't you like about working at Securitas?
"Low wages. Lack of care for officers well being. Corrupt Branch Manager. No consistency on hours (one week 40 hours, next week 8 hours)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the Branch Manager. Instead of just hiring anybody off the street like you do, make sure the person isn't a seasoned criminal or a bad worker (Have seen a handful of both)"

"a paycheck, every two weeks and medical coverage (you'll need it)."

"Never express an opinion, they love sheep, good palce if you are desperate."

"Micromanaging, small mindedness, absence of concern for customer or employee satisfaction, big footprint, small minds."

"Need management overhaul, too many tiny savings bank bankers managing a regional bank."

"The people I interact with are great. I know if ever in a dangerous situation, they always had my back."

"Have knowledge of the company. Research the company so that you know the ups and downs of the company."

"not enough working hours. Knowing I have two kids to support, I often have worked two jobs."

"need to advertise more and have your currents clients to place your business cards at their place of business."
