"I have worked for Ocwen Financial now for almost a year & have basically had to train myself because of the Covid-19 virus situation & having to work from home. Fortunately I am a very motivated sincere employee so I am happy with my progress."

"A sweatshop environment where, unless you are exhibiting a high level of stress and working 12 hour days plus weekends, you are not considered doing a good job. Women are not considered for promotion, and before the company purchased another large mortgage servicing company there were only 1 or 2 women in VP position (with over 10,000 employees), and none at the higher executive level. Benefits are minimal. Salary was really good, but that's the only way they can attract and keep employees that are worth anything."

"There wasn't much that I didn't like. It was a great place. I would have liked casual Fridays."

"Implement casual Fridays. It would also have been nice to telecommute part of the time."

"Stay focused and move on the mission. Try not to burn out your first year. You must develop a balance for yourself."

"If you are single with no family or obligation this is the place for you. You can live at work, and make as much over-time as you would like."
