"I’ve worked at OCV since December of 2021 as a Software Engineer on the Web team. While I thoroughly enjoy working with this team, the company as a whole lacks project structure and the opportunity to create and innovate. The management is stuck in their ways and do not take the option of those into consideration. As a result of this, I believe OCV is calling its potential and will hit a point where they fall behind their competitors because they are “stuck in their ways”."
