"I've worked for Ocean Institute for 4 years. The work that they do is wonderful and watching the students experience the ocean (some for the first time) is heartwarming and makes you come back day after day. The company falters with quality senior leadership and communication but the mid to low level staff is a joy to work with."
"The organization has a strong mission statement, and all employees are passionate about the ocean and environment. However, there is a high turnover rate with part-time positions, as the OI offers little upward mobility and few raises. It's a great part-time position, as long as you're supplementing it with another job."
