"I worked for Oregon Child Development Coalition from July to October to fill in while they looked to fill another position. I was allowed to wear many hats and do many different job functions. I was the main support for the helpdesk and resolved about 98 percent of the issues that came in. I used Dameware and Showmypc to remote into clients' computers to resolve issues. I also did server administration and installed network shared printers. Troubleshot printing issues."
