"There are too many managers who don't value the contributions staff brings. We are too micromanaged. There is an us vs. them mentality. Managers are late and end up evaluating staff on our arrivial times during the yearly performance review. It is utter madness!"

"I would ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Any problems with potential managers would be addressed immediately."

"I loved the atmosphere! All the employees knew each other and got a long well."
