"I enjoyed the flexibility and people environment. Constant changing dynamics and customer feedbacks were the best. This job made me learned to negotiate and listen to clients. I also learned to appreciate our team for all their efforts. Everyone had a designated job requirement and they were honestly trying to do it right. Therefore, I designed several forms at various breakpoint of workflow and make sure at every check points someone was there to verify completeness and accuracy of tasks."
