"no full support and communication issue management from other department want to give feed back on non experience issue"

"When it was owned by Gordan Lankton it was the greatest place to work. He was a visionary. The company was profitable. I would hang on every word he ever said to me. When he left it all went straight down hill!"

"It was progressive and cutting edge when Gordon was the owner. He rebuilt a beautiful mill and made it modern."

"They should have hired a Gordan's daughter to run the business. She is a people person like her farther!"
