"I loved the department I was with, the people who helped me adjust to the job. I also loved their benefits, tuition reimbursement, health insurance/dental. They also have an annual orientation to help employees be updated of company policies/safety rules."

"Just be honest with HR, supervisors, boss. Be on time. Let them know what you expect and what they can expect from you."
