"To go in with an open mind that this company isn't something you would expect. When the hockey season is over, its busier then it is during the year. That there is no true structure in the company for management."

"To make more of a structured work enviroment. No one knows who is in charge of who and management are willing to let good workers go and pay poor workers for less."
