What don't you like about working at Nuvera Fuel Cells?

"The internal structure of the company could use stronger definition. We are considered a new company relatively speaking. Some of the policies and procedures would benefit from tightening up around the edges."

"I would like to suggest that management utilize a better system for acknowledging the merit of its employees."
