"A bad merger with Western Connecticut Health has led to continued losses. There is no plan to make the company profitable with exception of staff cutting which continues to comply with healthcare. Very dysfunctional upper management due to constant turnover and poor decisions in advancement. A shame since with proper consulting a complete transformation is possible."
