"The CEO had trust issues and started investigating many of the partners, most of whom did nothing wrong. I wasn't investigated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your partners. Believe in the saying, Innocent until proven guilty. The incessant investigations was, I believe harmful for the overall morale of the partners."
