"The people, the variety of the work I perform and satisfaction of helping patients"

"I would suggest that until management figures out how to fix all of the current problems that no one should interview."

What don't you like about working at St. Joseph's Medical Center?

"I dont like that the president of the hospital and all management has no interaction with any employees and there is extreme lack of communication"

"I would suggest that management have more daily interaction with all staff and have a better understanding of the daily work."

"I do not work in transplant, not sure where this is coming from, oh well"

"um , I have no idea because I have never worked their, but I am sure it is wonderful"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"office politaics can complicate things and it is best left out of the work place or get someone brilliant like me to deal with it"

"My next job at LICH, I was one of the 7 Nuclear Med Techs."

What do you like about working at Long Island College Hospital?

"All the techs had monthly rotation to work with one particular camera. It was a great working experience with the doctors, manager and the colleagues. We had students who were training at the dept which also was a rewarding experience for me. We also had a monthly rotation in the hot lab where we assayed and prepared radiopharmaceuticals. We actually had someone who could relieve us at the lunch time, so I did not have to wait for all day to take a break."

What don't you like about working at Long Island College Hospital?

"Initially I walked 10 to 15 minutes to the train station and then changed 3 trains to go to Brooklyn from Rego Park where I lived. Sometimes I had to rush, because there was a long walk form the train station to the hospital. Later on I got a car which was better."

"People not carry there on weight"
