"I worked for this company for almost three years. At first I was very happy there but then over time I started to notice that they tend to show favoritism to some employees. I realized that they are a small company and they seem to want to keep it to a few select people and they would bring in their own family members. They tend to be two faced, being nice to you but then finding a way to put you down to others."
