"Be honest and be yourself. NPower wants energetic people who are willing to learn and who are open to helping the community through technology."

"Although I am given an opportunity to grow and learn, sometimes there are unrealistic deadlines given from management"

"detailed plan oh dealines with a listing of phases instead of one huge deadline for an unrealistic amount of time for multiple projects"
