"I have worked for Novolex for almost 4 years. I enjoy my job but Management leaves a lot to be desired. This company likes to blame everyone else for mistakes and miscommunication. There is no accountability for higher management only for the people that actually get the job done. In my current role, I have never been so on edge because I am afraid to be fired for a mistake someone else made."
